We have basic starter plans but our pricing is based on many factors including the size and condition of your space.

No. We can ask questions to understand your needs over the phone.

Payment is required at the time of service. We require a credit card on file for all services and a 50% deposit for first time or one time cleanings.

Yes, we bring our own supplies and equipment needed for the service. We use biodegradable, eco-friendly products that are safe for humans, pets, and the environment.

It is not necessary for you to be home, and majority of our clients prefer not to be.  It is entirely your choice if you prefer to be at home or away. Our cleaning experts are trusted team players. Most customers provide us with a code to gain access to the home. We always ensure the safety of your home.

Our scheduled time is an estimated arrival time. Our team cleans from 8am to 6pm. Due to the nature of our business and changing schedules we can not guarantee and exact time. We will do our best to accommodate each requests.

 

Yes, We would appreciate a 5 day notice, but must at least receive a 48 hour notice for cancelling or re-scheduling service. REQUEST TO CANCEL OR RE-SCHEDULE MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH PHONE, WEBSITE OR EMAIL)  If We do not receive 48 hours notice prior to your cleaning it will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of your rate. .
